“Nothing worked, no jacuzzi no pool, only went for the one day and was told they would call to invite me back to use the other days purchased, but no one ever called. Very disappointing, also didn’t realise sauna is in the female changing room and I went with my husband, not a great experience.”

“The changing facilities are appealing. The showers drain were blocked so the water flooded and overran with no drainage. There was rubbish left by customers all over the floor and places to sit. People were drinking their smoothies and leaving everything on the benches, half finished. There was no shower gel or shampoo. The lockers doors were broken. It’s was very dirty. The therapist told me the cleaner was gone and she was in charge of cleaning but she was too busy with her massages. There were 4 people at reception doing nothing whilst she was doing everything. I only went on Monday and it was appalling and will never go back. The gym was a joke . I would like a refund quite frankly.”
