“I still haven't received my sofas which were meant to be delivered either the 21st or 28th nov, I have just had an email from the merchant saying that my sofas won't be delivered on the said date because a delay from their supplier.”

“My sofa as still not turned after 17 days and no Email back after sending about 20 emails I’m fuming they owe me 500 or my sofa”

“Where do I start? Let’s start with how am I supposed to give a review on these sofas when I still haven’t received them. Even though I have had countless emails from the company that is supposed to be delivering them giving 4 Yes 4 different delivery dates and each time saying they will call the day before to give me my one hour time slot and once again (same day I was asked for this review) as I was supposed to have a call today as they’re supposed to be delivering the sofas tomorrow and it’s now 19.20 and I haven’t received a call, again, to let me know what time or if I’m getting my sofas tomorrow. So I’m having to rearrange work and life around a delivery that looks like it isn’t happening.”
