“I booked an afternnon at the Balme freda in Stone. This was booked for my sisters Birthday , We arrived at the location to be told their was an issue with the booking , and they could not accomodate the afternoon tea , which was very disssapointed as I did no live locally. I rebooked but I really wished I didnt . Their was nothig about this that was a treat or an afternoon tea . One half of a ham and tomoto sandwich and one half of a cheese and picke sandwich plus shop brought cakes . I can buy mr kiplings cakes any time .The only nice part was the complementary cocktail were given for the mess up last time . Vey disppointed and would not recommend”
