“Unfortunately the order form was not blank and had the meals already ticked. I managed to change the breakfast products but I couldn't change the lunches, dinners and snacks to the products I've had before and know I like. This meant I received many items that I wouldn't have ordered and Diet Chef told me the forms should have been blank but that I couldn't make changes as the order had already gone through. So although the deal was good I may end up wasting some of the meals that were pre-ticked!!! The cynic in me did wonder if this was a deliberate ploy to get rid of the more unpopular meals because the plan had been heavily discounted!!”

“When I bought the deal on Wowcher it didn’t mention a subscription it does when you place the order with diet chef but it states you can cancel at anytime. When you try to cancel the subscription it says you have to ring them which I have done now four times but the service says there is no one available to speak to me and to leave a message and they’ll get back to me and I’m still waiting for a return call.”
