“I would like to leave a review, but as I have not received my order, or any response from the emails I have sent to the merchant, I cannot. My only response is that I am extremely disappointed with both the merchant and WOWCHER, who offer no assistance at all. In MYWOWCHERS I have confirmation that the item has been redeemed, but I cannot see the wowcher to get the merchant's information to contact them directly. I have, and still do, purchase many wowchers, but I will consider using wowcher again.”

“I was expecting my delivery by 15/05/2024 at latest, I have not received it, I have requested a refund & not heard anything back from seller, looks like I will need to contact my bank to request a refund”
