“easy to get and gift voucher. lovely place and very welcoming by the staff . lovely atmosphere. good service and lovely food. my only point is that there was too much sweet stuff and not enough savoury items on the afternoon tea .”

“When arrived didn’t have our booking but this wasn’t a problem and we were seated straight away. Unlimited tea/coffee including specialist coffee -Latte. Staff friendly and helpful food very good.”

“Lovely afternoon tea. Very friendly staff. Fabulous location. Hotel wonderful. Actually afternoon tea Very nice well laid out. Staff so helpful and attentive. A Big Well done Waterton Park.! Will definitely come back to stay next time or have a meal in Restaurant.”

“Very poor. Appeared to have just filled the sandwiches with a cheap filler, and the scones were tiny. If the prosecco hadn't been included, I'd have felt overcharged!”
