“I am unable to leave a review as I still haven’t received the order. This has been an absolute disgrace. The company are just not interested, was told I would have revived 10/12/2014. It is now 17/12/2024 and I still haven’t received the bed. My husband and I have been lying sleeping on the floor since 09/12/24 as we gave the original bed away as we were told we would receive ours on 10/12/24. I have called the company several times and get a voice message telling me the mail Box is full. The one time I did speak to them they said I would get it in 3 days and then hung up the call. As for WOWCHER I have emailed them , sent several what’s app messages. With no reply. Today I sent them a message in messenger and they did reply and sent an email to bed company. But told me I have to give 3 working days for them to reply. I am actually at my wits end now . Can’t actually have a conversation with anyone and paid this money for the goods that I haven’t received and it is 7 days to Christmas. The service has been absolutely ridiculous and just don’t know what to do next”

“I need my refund back, I didn’t receive any bed which I have paid for, I need my money back back, your company is fake, I the police should get your company arrested and this company should be sued”
