“Never received this, the shipper cancelled after advising had been despatched then never responded to multiple emails chasing an update, have had to go through a long winded of trying to get my money back, not a happy customer”

“I haven’t received it yet. It was due to be delivered on or before the 4th July. I even had to pay 19:99 for delivery on top of what I paid for the wowcher. Ground level don’t accept calls, you have to email them. You should hear back with 72 hours but heard anything yet. Very disappointed. if not heard back by tomorrow, I will speak to Wowcher.”
