“The hotel needs a full upgrade and main areas decorated. The staff are excellent and very helpful and suportive in all areas. The grounds needs some attention.”

“This hotel is absolutely not. It is in disrepair and needs modernisation. The room we stayed in was not too bad however there was broken furniture. There was no shower gel left in the shower area. There was also dirty cops so we couldn’t make a morning coffee there was also holes in the wall And holes in the ceiling and also you could hear really easily televisions coming from other guests bedrooms. The service appeared to be completed by untrained staff. The gentleman in the restaurant was alone dealing with welcoming guests but also serving guests their food there was no atmosphere when my food arrived. The potatoes were not cooked correctly Also the place has poor hygiene. It’s very dirty with lots of cobwebs. There is lots of areas where there is construction underway and around the building. The gardens have been left to absolute ruin. I would definitely recommend I would definitely not return”
