“It was damaged on opening, and despite constantly trying to contact Neo direct I have been unsuccessful. Photo showing one damaged part and another as it should be.”

“We paid extra for speedy delivery £12.99 as we were anxious to have it to put our garden cushions in The day it arrived I opened the box to find many broken pieces a large side piece broken off and a crack in the bottom awaiting a full refund”

“It's a good garden storage box ,but I'm not happy that you charged me for 2 when I've only got one and didn't ordered 2 . And also not being able to get hold of you where I've try for over 2 weeks every email that I sent to the address I've been given does not expect the emails . I've try to get my money back from the bank and they have seen the two payments but said I had to deal with you and I've found it very hard as if you don't answer or don't want to know and the email address are no good . You must know I've not had 2 but you've taken the money and not even got back to me saying so and with that I find you a very bad company that don't look after their customers easy way of making money for you and I wonder how many people you have done that to ,and now I wait to see if you get back to you but I'm not holding my breath”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. You have purchased 2 of the same voucher but redeemed only one voucher and another was un redeemed ang got expired I am afraid as the Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
