“I would love to leave a review but the bed still has not been delivered. Delivery date has moved onto the 21/1 now which is the third date I’ve been given. The 1 star is for the non delivery when promised”

“This bed has not been delivered. We have been given a new delivery date of 23/12/25 . Not at all happy with with this service. Sleep factory tried to call me today 21/12/25 but I missed the call so now I don't know what the situation is”

“Not good quality. Mattress isn’t good and comes rolled and vacume packed in a box, you can feel the springs and you get wheels not the silver feet as shown in picture. Base also very cheap. I returned mine but had to pay courier fees of £100 to get back to supplier in order for Wowcher to process a refund. Stressful! I wish I had gone direct to a shop. Also delivery driver wouldn’t take to room, literally left just inside my door. I’ve since bought new beds from a local supplier and the process was sooo much easier. They took beds up to my rooms, set them up for me without any issue and the quality is much better. Wowcher also annoyingly charge £39.99 delivery per item. I had 3 beds so had to pay this amount 3 times! So not as cheap as you first think! And in my refund they deducted over £10 per bed. Very disappointed! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.”

“Initially the process seemed very good and the bed arrived promptly with very minimal issues, however, it arrived with no mattress and, after an email from customer service (saying I would here something in 24hrs) 5 days later I have still not heard anything back about when or if the mattress will be delivered.”

“Very quick delivery, bed was easy to manage up the stairs as well as the box with mattress in (that did need 2 people though as was heavy). Very easy to put together and the mattress sprung out to almost full straight away. For a firm mattress it is very comfortable and so far I have not woken up with a bad back like I got with my previous one.”
