“The box of food was excellent however the taking of money from my account without consent and the awful customer service trying to get it back was atrocious. I have cancelled my account and will not buy again. Sort out your customer service issues as it’s ruining your excellent product.”

“Good value for 3 meals and reasonable choice. You also weren't tied in to a future contract with Gousto. A lot of packaging though and the veg went off very quickly.”

“I think they deal with the intent to confuse to allow them to charge you what they want driven mby 'small print' - the recipes are not 'flowing' and ofrten difficult to follow. They do not pack the dinners individually so seacrhing for all the items to be used is cumbersome and time consuming - will not use them ever again.”
