“Terrible - disgusting customer service - never use again - treated me like a criminal - kept asking for proof of delivery - they couldn’t provide any for the simple reason it hadn’t been delivered- thankfully I have cameras on property plus a Ring Door Bell - be aware folks”

“Initially only one chair was delivered, then the second without the screws/bolts to put it together. The table also never arrived. Have contacted them and parts are still not sent out. Do not by this product. Will not be using WOWCHER again.”

“It comes in 2 boxes. Only 1 was delivered initially , but then the other turned up the next day, only to have items missing. Therefore they are still in the boxes, in my lounge, unable to assemble. 4 days later, I am no closer to a resolution.”
