“What a fabulous day we had. I have never experienced such a wonderful spa day. Wasn’t sure what to expect but this was do much more than expected. Staff were very attentive from reception through to Min at fire & ice. Afternoon tea was good however some of the staff didn’t appear to want to be there. Didn’t advise about more coffee. Didn’t finish all do asked for a box to which was told that they had run out. They gave us silver foil to wrap with however after asking Zac he found us boxes to put our treats in. Come on Belfry you can do better than this. After tea we did our fire & ice experience. What a joy to have Min in charge of this to help navigate the various rooms. Fantastic day out. Would definitely recommend & will be booking again”

“Positives: Lovely relaxing day with generous afternoon tea, friendly and helpful staff. Pool area clean and inviting. Room for improvement: 2 x rooms in the Fire & Ice area were closed or out of order and one room smelt strongly of urine.”
