“This picture does not fairly represent the bed delivered. The headboard is of poor quality and a fraction of the height shown. The mattress has no support and you can feel the springs through the surface. It ,also, has no fire safety tags . I have not had a resolution, even though I been complaining for 3 weeks. They don't want to know. Also, wowcher has not helped, I have an unwanted bed in my living room.”

“Delivered damaged/ wrong colour (someone else bed) very poor quality with no instructions to assemble, nothing like photo on website, no customer services just emailed the merchant and told to wait 72 hours. No reply from merchant asked to wait another 72 hours, contacted watch dog and standing standards. Bad service from Wowcher and Euro Sleep, do not buy anything from them still waiting for collection of bed (taking up space in house) and full refund.”
