“Incredibly poor customer service, telling lies for weeks and promising delivery dates way after the supposed delivery deadline, we found out the hard way they just kept fobbing us off and didn’t even book the delivery. Never even made an effort to do the right thing, just carried on lying every time I rang them. Despicable and utterly disgraceful, completely ruined our Christmas and ended up costing us extra money due to booking time off for the delivery that never happened. Stay away from thus company, we never received our sofa, and they caused a lot of unnecessary stress.”

“I have not yet recieved the sofa I have paid for I have been on their website and found out other people have said do not buy from this company im not happy at all with this do I get a refund from wowcher ring me 07450054272”

“Unfortunately I had the wrong sofa's delivered. I ordered the full back, but the scatter back was delivered. I am still waiting to hear when the full back cushions are going to be delivered.”
