“Car choices at locations is not as advertised. The one nearest to me has a rubbish car that wasn't even featured in the advert, and I wasn't aware of this until I'd made the purchase and tried to redeem. Then when trying to redeem the wowcher code didn't work, so had to go through customer service to get it sorted out. Then a week before the experience booking the company contacted me to say that the booking reference wasn't recognised and if I didn't provide the full details then they were cancelling, it has put a massive dampener on what should have been a good experience. I will not use wowcher for these experiences going forward.”
