“I'm at the point where I'm prepared to try anything so thought I'd give these ago. I've used them for a few nights with no change, I appreciate change doesn't happen overnight. As an experiment I used one of the pads with a slight mist of water, according to the gunk in the pad my water contains many hormonal toxins . I think I'll just put the rest in the bin”
