“Had notification that item had been delivered but it hadn’t. Contact the merchant, waited, nothing. Contacted Wowcher and apparently have to wait another 3 days. Not happy, not good service!”

“The remote control received is FAKE!!! It is not a genuine SKY product, despite the instructions stating that the manufacturer is "Sky UK Limited. Here's why I think (know) that the product is fake: 1. the remote arrived in very poor packaging. 2. the SKY logo on the remote looks nothing like the actual SKY logo 3. the official SKY remote that I was replacing is bluetooth, however the remote received is infra-red. 4. the official SKY remote that I was replacing has a voice contol button in the side, however the remote recieved does not. 5. The instructions with the product had multiple spelling mistakes. Below are a few examples - there were many more too: - "Manufactured to meet European safetys andards" - "Warnings and cartions" - "Gyve your old Sky product a new life" - "We can reust most parts Of your old Sky products" - "The product contais materials that when prosessde correctly" - "The marking,shown ieft,on the battery" It is discusting that a company like Wowcher will peddle fake goods and I certainly won't be buying again.”

“The remote control appears to be a non current model in that it appears not to have a voice control ( blue button with mic on the button. Each time you point it at the sky box it will change channel will not adjust the volume, and also causes the cd tray to operate.”
