“Firstly, there's an unreasonable parking of £20 per 24 hrs. 2. The reception desk is hardly manned. 3. The room is unbelievably dirty and serious molds on the taps and bath edges.”

“Absolutely terrible. We walked in and immediately walked out and booked another hotel. It was tatty on the outside, dirty in the reception area, dull and dismall. I have complained to Wowcher direct and definitely not the descrption on the advertisemnt but as yet have not received any response!!”

“Staff very helpful but really dissatisfied when told it cost £20 per day to park the car overnight. Was not told that at booking. Pool not available and no restaurant for an evening meal. Had to go to sister hotel if needed food. Cannot understand why they have a promotion of a free drink if you do not have your room serviced. Never had that in any other hotel o have stayed at.”
