“Always get Europe destinations flights are cheaper there so we can go directly as well”

“Why we only get Europe trip ..? Why not the other countries like Maldives ,Thailand etc. and I guess 2 days are very less to explore if you are going for a vacation ,it should be of at least 3-4 days. One can get very cheap flight from Skyscanner or trip.com so no use to take this wowcher .”

“Hotel we got booked into was awful, was like a hotel down a back street, didn’t feel safe at all, ended up spending another €140 on a different hotel for the 2 nights we was there”

“In the middle of no where, the hotel was dirty as of the pool, only a couple of shops that all shut early as its way out of the centre so be prepared if you get this holiday.. brilliant idea of mystery holiday but really not worth it can get better in England, also staff really rude.. it’s like a camping bed to in the room.”

“Customer service was very good. Flights weren’t great when we first got them but upgraded for extra money. Although had to pay extra, allowed us to have 3 extra nights and was still a cheap price for a city break for 2 in my opinion.”

“Fantastic value for money we had two nights in Venice in clean and comfortable accommodation. It also had 3 swimming pools and a jacuzzi.”
