“Didn’t look like the images on the website, the bed frame is actually much taller and it looks like it’s actually been built incorrectly. It touches the floor rather than it having anything to separate it from the flooring. The slats were actually smaller than the bedtime which made it harder to build, my partner had to get longer screws also. It’s just not good quality. wouldn’t recommend it. I did email the people and tried to get in contact with someone but had no reply from anyone at all so ended up stuck with it, having to make do for now till I can afford to replace it again, so be-warned.”

“Unfortunately the colour and fabric, although lovely is not for me. I did send an email to the seller and he replied. However when I sent an email requesting where to return it he didn't respond I would like a refund or at least the opportunity of maybe exchanging it for another type of bed.”

“The bed is nice, but not quite the same as the photos advertised. It does look like a much cheaper copy of the bed shown in the photos. Material is nice and it’s a nice light grey. Delivery was fast.”

“Arrived with screw missing, loose screws and marks on the headboard. It’s not all all like the photos online and the quality is awful. I’ve not had any response from the merchant, and the refund is still ongoing via Wowcher after 2 weeks!”

“Terrible do not buy, they sent me the bed frame with no slats, just pieces of plank wood. I emailed the seller notifying them of this and they never responded. The bed is too low and doesn’t have a bottom frame. again DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.”

“Do not order this deal from Wowcher. The company the bed is from is dissolved, the merchant did not reply and it has taken me over 2 weeks to get any helpful response from Wowcher who have finally refunded me. This experience has put me off using Wowcher ever again.”
