“While travelling to the venue we got stuck behind a crash which closed the motorway. We contacted Segways at Leeds castle asking to reschedule. They have not acknowledged our call or message. Very disappointed.”

“Staff are very patient and knowledgeable. We have now been twice and each time there has been different routes and stories. The segway training is thorough and safe. Wrap up warm and you will have the best time.”
