“Shocking and would not recommend! the package arrived in terrible condition, there was dirt all over the bike and packaging, the LED screen has been smashed, and there were scuffs and dints all over the bike. It appears as though it was a return/damaged item that they have sent me”

“When the bike arrived the box was damaged a broken piece of polystyrene was laid at the front of the bike not protecting anything when took the bike out the water bottle was badly damaged and the plastic handlebar shroud was also damaged and the clock doesn't work not impressed at all”

“I’ve had my delivery but unfortunately it was damaged and missing parts… I’ve emailed company a few times to try and get it sorted but still it hasn’t been sorted out”
