“The bed itself is excellent, very good quality and extremely easy to put together. Looks exactly like the photos and could not be happier! However, the delivery was awful. I was told the day after the original due date that the bed was still being manufactured. The company then suggested they would get in touch with another courier but never got back to me. The next delivery was delayed as the van was apparently broken. In total delivery was 9 days after it was originally meant to be delivered (5th to the 14th September).”
