“I ordered a steak to be cooked medium. The steak I received was very well done. The manager was called and agreed it was not as ordered. She went away to organise a replacement but strangely told me to ‘carry on with what I had’. I waited a full 15 minutes or more before I received a new steak, this time cooked nearer to rare ! By this time my guests had finished their meals. Also the signature rotisserie chicken was not available. A throughly unsatisfactory experience.”

“Such good value for money. Harvester do have a lunch menu but this is the same price and there's more choice. My only criticism would be that you should be able to get it for one person as we quite often go pit in 3's or 5's which means we can't use the offer”
