“Well where do I start frist I put my order in on 14/5/24 redeemed the voucher. And the delivery date showed 23/5/24.And that is where it stoped in redeemed after the delivery date I emailed the merchant & WOWCHER. Told to wait three working days for a response.After the time was up I emailed WOWCHER again telling them I had no response and I wanted my money back. I was told they would email the merchant and I should wait another three day’s. So I sent a email back telling them that we are going round in circles and all I wanted is my money paid back into my account . So I don’t know who’s fault it was WOWCHER or the MERCHANT but I will never use WOWCHER again”
