“The hotel is a lovely place. Staff were very polite and helpful. We had a lovely stay and celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary thank you to the staff who helped us have a lovely meal and were kind. I would recommend this hotel beautiful grounds too.”

“Lovely place with beautiful grounds. Friendly helpful staff and nice food. Only downside was the bar was shut after our evening meal so unless we drove somewhere we only had our rooms to go to by 8.30.”

“This place was a bit of a surprise. You drive through an industrial area of sorts, to be greeted by a lovely hotel in it's own grounds and no site of the industrial area you've just passed through. The staff are welcoming and well organised. The package comes with continental breakfast but for £5 a head per day you can upgrade to a full English which sets you up for a day of site seeing. The evening meal is pretty much standard pub food so don't expect Michelin star stuff. The room we stayed in was small but well enough equipped with a reasonably comfortable bed. It was a hot weekend when we were there but there is air con in the room so you no problem there. There was lots of places to visit within an hour's drive so all in all it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay again.”
