“No bubbly, no dressing gown, begrudgingly gave us towels. Floor in the massage room sticky and dirty, facilities run down and in need of refurbishing. However massage was not bad and the veto ladies that did our massage were friendly and lovely. Not sure I would come here again.”

“Had my appointment changed on the day of. Was really disappointed we had to pay an extra £20 surcharge for it being on the weekend, and didn't know this until the day of, we purchased through WOWCHER and this was never mentioned in the deal, when booking the massage via Ri Nu, or anywhere on their website as far as I can see., otherwise we would've chosen another day as already payed £130 for two of us to be there. Also never got the bubbles that were advertised in the deal, but otherwise it was a good experience.”

“Very good massage. Sauna and steam room was too hot to be comfortable. There is no jacuzzi or hot tub. Did not use the swimming pool”
