“So far it's too early to tell if it's working. The instructions don't really tell you what each light does and how to use it effectively, I've managed to work that out by googling videos.”

“Nice little device and gives you a nice work out. Only gave 3 stars as I have only started using, so not sure if I will get any good results . Gingers crossed. But I would say well worth the money.”
