“Very poor service, I'm unable to contact anyone regarding my order as it has not been delivered the day they promised they'll deliver. When I phone the number there's an automated message saying they are unable to answer. After more than 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for my bed to be delivered!”

“The quality of the mattress was a bit disappointing to be honest I feel also the fabric used to cover the base and headboard looks cheap Overall its ok for a child to sleep on but very little support in the mattress Will be used in my spare room”

“The wheels didn’t stay in the base the bed was cheap and tacky it was not worth the reduced price and never in a lifetime worth the 599 ! Totally regret this absolute bargain but foolishly left myself with no choice but to use the bed. I don’t recommend”

“This was a good deal, the bed , headboard and mattress were as described ,but one of the drawers was finished badly-the join’s didn’t meet, but it is still functional. The communication with the company regarding delivery was excellent, emails, texts and a phone call to confirm delivery date and time. It would have been useful if it came with instructions on how to assemble the parts, as I’ve not had a divan bed before but was able to research this online and found it straight forward to put together.Over-all very happy with the product ,it looks good and is comfortable and would have given 5 stars if the drawer was correctly finished.”
