“AVOID!!! Wouldn't know what they're like as they never arrived. Ordered as a birthday gift. Supposed to be delivered around three weeks ago. Was charged an extra £20 for delivery on redeeming the voucher. The company Ground Level is uncontactable, not replying to emails and the phone number has a message saying staff can't answer due to staff working from home due to the pandemic. The alternative number has been discontinued. Shocking Wowcher would continue to use this company as I have since seen reviews on Ground Level saying the same thing happened.”

“Never got the chair to review still trying to either get the chair or my money back Groundlevel.co.uk do not answer emails nor the telephone Wowcher is not very helpful either DO NOT BUY from them”

“I cannot review this purchase as I have still not received my chair, the Supplier has not even replied to an email that I sent them. I have paid for the chair and also for delivery,please can you sort this out.”
