As this device has not been delivered directly to you and this is nowhere to be found, we are required to raise a royal mail investigation for this order and freeze the device so it is no longer able to be used. “I got the Lenovo and I'm really happy with it but think the lucky dip brands on offer are all good. I'm an android person and my Chromebook basically set itself up via phone (Motorola although I doubt that matters!) and I was using it within half an hour. It's simple to use and my understanding is safer from viruses which can only ever be a good thing. I highly recommend giving the lucky dip a go!”

“Paid extra for fast delivery and arrived 48 hours later. It is in lovely condition but there is a slight fault and we have emailed the company but as yet we haven't had a reply.”

“Awful service sent me what they say is wear and tear laptop when it was smashed up at the back, when I asked for return label to get exchange they said they don't do this service knowing to send back the laptop would cost over £20 when the laptop only worth the price I paid so would add up to me losing more money when they sent me very damaged laptop which you know won't last long.”
