“The divan bed is great and good value for money. Site was easy to use and took payment straight away. However actually receiving the product was a nightmare! Delivery was due on or before 2nd December. No delivery, I messaged an AI on 4th December, eventually to be messaged it would be delivered on 12th December. I called the merchant directly on 12th to check delivery and was informed it would now be the next day 13th December. I called again. On 13th December and was told it would now be delivered Saturday 14th December! I then waited all day on Saturday then received a call from the merchant at 4.30pm to say they were 2 hours away. Eventually my bed arrived at 6.30pm. As I said the bed is fine but the customer services is not good unless you want to text AI all the time. Not once did I speak to a human being except when I called the merchant directly.”
