“Lovely Hotel. Very helpful/ friendly staff. A very special location! Rooms are fine, nothing special but comfortable & functional. Fantastic Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel, always busy! A few mins walk to the Buda Castle area with its restaurants and of course, the Mathias church. The views over the city from the square are amazing. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!”

“For the price you can’t really moan, the hotel we got was not the one advertised (I think this is what happens with most bookings) but it did the job. We booked this thinking we’d get the hotel in the city centre but we got one quite far out which was also apparently 4*. It definitely isn’t. The hotel is fine, clean and again can’t moan for the price but just more like a travelodge and in quite a rough part of down as described by the hotel receptionist. (Park Royal Boutique Hotel). We had to pay an extra £50 each for the privilege of not being able to get the hotel advertised but we did manage to change the flight time and get breakfast thrown in for this. However, as a hotel advertised as 4* I would have expected a kettle in the room. Overall it’s worth the price but just be aware you will most likely not get the hotel you think you are getting if you book this deal.”

“The travel company were friendly and easy to deal with. I paid extra for better flights. The advertised hotel was not available, the alternative an apartment hotel excellent location however, despite upgrade due to non availability of the initial hotel, was not 4*. Clean apartment, convenient all in all a good break away.”
