“The positive is it comes with a new strap but the face of the watch I received was very scratched and although these are refurbished it says there may be small marks and scratches but the product is still visually appealing and I don’t agree with that statement”

“I have only just received the watch not on the day they said it would arrive it came late on the next day . It’s also took over 5 weeks to arrive after payment . I have also ordered some after shave 5 weeks ago and I’m still waiting not happy with your service.”

“Really disappointed to receive a scratched watch with separate strap. Returned it in original packaging and am now awaiting a full refund. Out of pocket postage to get it and return via tracked. Thought it would make a lovely gift.”

“Was disappointed it didn’t come with a box. It was just the face of the watch and a strap totally separate. There was no charge on it and it didn’t come with a charger. Daughter had to take it away to charge and make sure it would work. All working. Just disappointed with how it arrived and with no charger.”

“The watch came dirty and it doesn’t have 80% battery capacity at all. It won’t last a full charge and the data on the watch says it has a battery capacity of 68%. It even last 2 hours. I believe no refurbishment was made at all. Very disappointed and waiting on the company getting back to me as well as Wowcher”
