“Paid £12.99 for fast delivery on top of the price for the watch , messages them on and off 10 times keep say with Royal Mail , which is a lie I rang them and they havnt picked it up and renew electronic are say can’t refund as need to investigate this is the short version , I’ve look at the reviews since and they also read very badly , I have not watch no refund and I’m very disappointed in u Wowcher”

“Awful. Watch was scratched, had a crack in it and battery didn’t last the day. Nowhere in the offer did it say it would be in such a state. I want a refund asap”

“Hide quoted text Good evening Wowcher, I received my order on Thursday I am not happy as I did not ordered two black colour. I grey colour swapped to black which I consented to. Why the gold one changed to black without my consent. No charger nor any instructions on how to operate the watch. At least a little decent package. I hope I am not asking too much. Kind regards. “Took a day to charge the watch and the watch holds battery for roughly 2 hours before it dies again. Send me the wrong watch and refused to refund me the difference and Wowcher were absolutely useless as always!”
