If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“Battery is terrible I can fully charge it and it dies in an hour or so the watch won't turn on unless you have it placed in the charging dock and once you get it going and put it on it dies and won't turn back on. Sending it back after the bank holiday waste of money, time and effort trying to get to work. And yes I did update it blah blah blah.”

“Only got black colour which was bit disappointing. Got smallest face and it's huge on my daughter's wrist, even though she is an adult. It's ok. Don't think paying £9.99 delivery was ok but hey ho.”

“Received the watch promptly. Does not look like watch advertised. Very disappointed. Looks like a very old watch face in a brassy colour fitted with a modern strap. Has scratches on face . Definitely not rose gold. Will be sending back for refund.”
