“Had nothing but issues from start to finish with this item. Firstly, I had to pay £35 for a delivery slot of my choice, which they never adhered to. On receipt of the item, the boxes were worse for ware. Once unpacked, there was 3 items missing and 1 item damaged. You can't phone wowcher to speak with customer service!! You can only do it through email or WhatsApp. The reply time from wowcher is diabolical. Eventually, after about 10 days of back and forth messages, we finally got them to organise a return, which they wanted another £35 for a time of my choice. Wouldn't recommend this at all.”

“After receiving only BOX 1 of 2, it has taken me 2 weeks to receive the 2nd box. Upon opening the boxes I have 6xA and only 2xB instead of 4 of each, so I am still unable to build half the furniture! Waiting for Wowcher to respond to my email or WhatsApp message”
