“If I could leave zero stars I would, it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and still no appropriate response from Wowcher as to its whereabouts or indeed if it will ever be delivered. Poor customer service”

“Still haven’t received the item. Was given a “delivered on or before “ date which was now a week ago… reached out to Wowcher twice now for an update and keep getting told they’re waiting to hear from warehouse. Hopefully it arrives in time for next summer I guess.”

“I haven’t received this. The courier who had it, lost it. The seller has not given me my money back or offered an alternative option. Absolutely disgraceful service.”
