“I BOUGHT TWO OF THESE. ONE WAS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER. FIRST ONE WAS A FAKE GOLD BRACELET!! ID NEVER EVER BUY FAKE GOLD FOR MY MOTHER. IT MUST HAVE COST 5POUND TO MAKE. IT WAS NASTY AND VERY DISAPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST. HOWEVER, THE SECOND MYSTERY GIFT WAS AN ENVELOPE THREW MY DOOR WITH NOTHING INSIDE IT!! WOWCHER THAT WAS DEFINITLY A MYSTERY GIFT WASNT IT! SO IV SPENT ALMOST £40 WITH YOU FOR MOTHERS DAY GIFTS AND HAVE ABSOLUTLY NOTHING TO GIFT?!...IV ALREADY MESSAGED TWICE WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE. IM BEING TREATED VERY UNFAIRLY BY WOWCHER..IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. DECEIVING UNTRUE ADVERTISING. SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED. YOU HAVE TRICKED ME. I ACTUALLY PUT THE FAKE BRACELET IN THE BIN! ???”

“I have NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM AS STATED IM FED UP OF SENDING E MAILS GETTING NO RESPONSE. I ALSO NEVER RECEIVED A PACKAGE FROM FROM SAME COMPANY IN JANUARY . YOU NEED TO SORT THIS KIND OF FRAUDULENT SELLING OUT . WAITING FOR A RESPONSE OF YOU . They have blocked ne from emailing them .I have only emailed them twice .”

“Absolutely awful process, small print hidden, click and collect weirdly and wrongly selected, headlines ‘Gucci’ ended up with sex toy (I think as it’s in Derby and I’m in Herts). Couldn’t stop the process or talk with anyone - avoid”
