“We booked a spa experience for our Wedding Anniversary, as we were married at the KP club. We had a great experience in the Nordic spa, its very relaxing! Then afternoon tea was delicious! If we had to find fault with anything, it would be customer service. We were send backwards and forwards from one reception to another as the spa reception was closed when we got there and we were made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience. However, the customer service in the restaurant was very good, especially our particular waiter, who was very attentive! We would definitely go again and would highly recommend it!”

“The afternoon tea was good, however the ‘spa experience’ wasn’t as pleasurable. On our visit the hot tub hadn’t been turned on so was cold and couldn’t be used and the other option was a long rectangle pool with jacuzzi’s in. The sauna was just 1 shed big enough for 3 people. So if there were numerous groups or a lot of people in one group then you would have to wait to get in or only go in in a group of 3.”
