“We used our voucher at 7:00 pm Wednesday 13th March Staff had limited or no knowledge of the Wowcher process from sign in ,restaurant and gaming tables . Our first three options of main were " off the menu on the night " including the chefs special that took one full page of the menu book and three of the four deserts were unavailable with ice cream being the only option . The waiter had three attempts at the bill before including all items covered by the Wowcher . We did laugh because in addition we were the only diners and still the staff struggled For our bet our croupier did not know what we were putting down and needed to call a supervisor . Maybe calamity casino Southend would be a more suited name than Grovesnor casino . Not planning to return .”
