“Absolutly shocking customer service . Wee girl never got her birthday gift on time. When recieved two weeks late, it’s half space gray and then rose gold spay paint all over- no reply. I know it is grade b refurbished but nowere in the terms stated you’ll get one they have practiced on- don’t go near them”

“I have not recived the item, the order was supposed to be delivered on the 25th of November. After several emails, in both directions. It was not clear as to whether I would be reciveing the item, or getting a refund. I had correspondence stating both. Either way I am very disapointed by the service by both Wowcher and Refurbify.”
