“I haven’t had it as decided not to complete the order as I realised it was only until the end of the month but you completed the order and took money out of my account together with making me an VIP which I didn’t ask for. I have written twice to you explaining this and asking for my money back £98.18 but you haven’t even had the decency to even acknowledge me. I have also had my daughter fill out the form you put on your site if a customer is unhappy, this also hasn’t been acknowledged. I am disgusted with your company and if I don’t have my money put back into my account I will get further advice. Eileen La Combre”

“Sadly my Wowcher voucher had run out so cannot comment on this deal. My voucher was only valid for less than a month and I thought it was until the 31.08.2024”

“Our voucher expired after we were told the offer was extended as we could not get bookings for any dates prior to the expiry date . When we tried again was told it’s expired. Big Con. !!”

“Surroundings beautiful but they seemed very short staffed. We were given the menus and they took our drinks order . It took over 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive! I said we were ready to order. I was told someone would be over- it took another 20 minutes! The food was fabulous - but on the cooler side - not hot! All deserts had some sort of nut content so I could only have ice cream . Not up to the standard of previous visits”
