“Not great, the vibration mode is very noisey. The warm mode, get really hot, not a nice gentle warmth as expected. The adjustable straps are useless, and you just can't get the positioning right. Was so looking forward to using this on knee pain, not at all happy.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this item. I have other red light devices but this is a little different. Used it on my painful elbow. The heat and massage is really soothing and really helped to ease my persistent pain in that area.”

“Good piece of kit can be used on knees.elbows.and shoulders with the extension kit heat or massage or both timer 5,10,or 15 minutes natural stones get lovely and hot great price got my friend one as a gift loves it”
