“There was no stay and play package, I paid £169 for one sleep and 2 days play entry. When I reached there, I had to pay po everything else. I was asked if the package included meal for one adult and 1 child. But when purchased via WAWCHER, did not included that. As not Worth this way if package not same as if you book via Gullivers website, which was going to cost £148 for 2 days entry and sleep and meal for 1 adult and 1 kid included + breakfast. Not BuYing from here anymore.”

“This was so good! We are already planning our next trip back. The lodge we stayed in was clean and spacious. It had everything that we needed. The evening activities were useful and access to the Dino park and main Park meant that the kids had a lot to explore during their stay.”

“Gulliver land was amazing for the kids my boys are aged 3-13 And the cabin (although a tad small) was ace on site, this would change throughout the night when I went to check on the boys in their bunk bed and found multiple small bugs there too, I had to remove them both and so all 6 of us slept on 2 beds, I’ve googled what I hope they wernt im disgusted, it was almost 3am I passed on a message for management first thing next day, today I called repeatedly to speak to the manager who I requested call me back today as we were in the park again yesterday, whoever they are haven’t and non of the staff are aware of the situation. Everytime I rang it was someone different. Im livid and feel soo sad and sickened completely ruined our stay and the service is unacceptable, I’ve work in customer service for my entire career and this is unacceptable.”

“The room was awefully small. Two feet space from adults bed/ bunk bed to the wall. And the shower was dreadfully ridiculously unhygienic. The sink was right above the toilet. Never recommend the stay.”
