“Didn’t even go! Wowcher has been the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Had to file a report through my bank because of how unresponsive they were when they said they were returning the value of the holiday as a credit voucher which never happened. Completely abysmal service.”

“Awful experience, they will most likely offer a transit flight and then say you need to pay extra to change it. We ended up paying £100 extra each in changing the flight and hotel. They never call back when they say they are, I checked the hotel and flights that we had paid for and it would have been cheaper if we had booked it ourselves. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. It’s cheaper to book yourself and less headache.”
