“I have emailed over and over and over and no one has replied to me!! I haven’t received it!! Very very poor customer service. I am upset. I do not recommend the complete silence when you do not receive your goods!!!”

“I bought one, paid £19.99 for delivery and it was delivered to an address in Tring. Nowhere near where I live. Tried contacting Ground Level but phone number doesn't work. Emails not being looked at and can't find any contact details for wowcher. So paid for an item I've not yet received. Poor customer service.”

“Never arrived on time. Cancelled order then got lied to saying delivery was attempted which it didn't as they were out of stock!!Requested cancellation again as I was due hospital admission and I could get the same elsewhere with guaranteed delivery the next day.More lies - delivery was expected again even though I had cancelled. No missed delivery, still no refund- absolutely appalling”

“Lovely and big. The drinks tray is a good edition. Colours are nice too. Easy to put away. My only niggle is the lower bar which digs into the back of your thighs. A good thick yoga mat came to the rescue.”

“Love this nice and wide handy cup holder the only thing it's a bit hard to lay on but then I have only had it a week perhaps it gets a bit softer with use”
