“still havant received item after more than a week considering i paid for next day delivery then very poor not a happy customer as first purchase with wowcher not shore ill bother again feel ripped off at the moment”

“I ordered this 12 days ago. Still hasn’t arrived. Keep getting robbed of by the company, first it was dispatched on the 10th, then it was 7-10 days, now it’s being dispatched on the 20th. Very poor. I bought this for my son starting uni and now he’s starting minus a laptop. Terrible company terrible customer service. Avoid”

“Collected this at lunchtime today (Saturday) and it doesn’t work. Won’t turn on and shows no sign of life so it’s been on charge for 12 hours while I’ve been out. Opened it and…….nothing!!! I did try to phone them about 2o-clock but not open til Monday. I’ve just read some reviews of the company and it’s products and it’s fair to say had I been buying direct and not through Wowcher I probably would not have gone ahead. See what happens on Monday but looking like a refund.”
